Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at orders@nama-fiji.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at orders@nama-fiji.com. Please make sure to include your order number in all communications.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. International drop-shipping is available and requires a custom quote, which will be provided in USD. Email orders@nama-fiji.com for a quote.

Website Orders

We currently offer free shipping to anywhere in the Continental U.S. for consumer purchases of $99.00 and over on nama-fiji.com, with the exception of Florida where costs may be slightly higher. For shipments to Alaska, Florida, Hawaii and other US territories, the difference between the cost of the "free" shipping we offer in the Continental U.S. and the shipping rate will be charged. There is a $15 USD flat shipping rate to Canada which includes prepaid duties and taxes. There is a $30 USD flat shipping rate to the U.K.; customer is responsible for duties/customs fees. Everywhere else requires a custom quote; email orders@nama-fiji.com.

Wholesale/Spa Orders

Fulfillment and shipping is provided by nama-fiji.com or though our 3rd-party fulfillment partner. All wholesale orders require a custom quote for volume pricing and shipping costs; email order@nama-fiji.com

U.S. Orders

Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive a tracking notification directly from nama-fiji.com or our 3rdp-party fulfillment partner with your tracking information. We proudly support the United States Postal Service. Orders are shipped primarily by Priority Mail or FedEx Home based on cost and orders should arrive within 2-5 business days after the order is fulfilled, which can take up to 3 business days.

International Orders

Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive an email from nama-fiji.com or our 3rdp-party fulfillment partner with your Customs Declaration and tracking information. Orders are shipped Priority Mail International or one of our other express shipping partners; ship time is 6-10 days after your order is fulfilled and is subject to customs delays. Order fulfillment takes up to 2 business days. Shipping charges and duties/customs fees are not included for International Orders.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access to Control over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website: -See what data we have about you, if any. -Change/correct any data we have about you. -Have us delete any data we have about you. -Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
